1. Who we are and scope
TWS Wallet ("TWS Wallet", "we", "us") operates the website twswallet.com and the related web application (together, the "Platform"). The Platform lets you deposit supported digital assets, allocate the resulting account balance to fixed-term staking plans, collect rewards and withdraw funds.
These Terms of Service (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure, govern every visit to the Platform and every account created on it. By creating an account, ticking the acceptance box at registration or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Definitions
- Account: your personal TWS Wallet profile identified by an e-mail address and username.
- Account wallet or balance: the USD-denominated ledger balance shown in your dashboard. It is an internal accounting balance, not a bank account and not a blockchain wallet.
- Deposit: a transfer of a supported digital asset (currently USDT on Ethereum and Tron, BTC, ETH, LTC and SOL) to a receiving address generated for you.
- Staking plan or plan: an offer to lock part of your balance for a defined term (1, 3, 6, 9 or 12 months) at a stated annual percentage yield.
- Stake: a specific allocation you have made to a plan, with its own principal, start date, term and locked APY.
- APY: the annualised reward rate shown on a plan card. Rewards accrue daily at APY ÷ 365.
- Rewards: amounts credited to your balance from a stake, either claimed by you or paid at maturity.
- Withdrawal: a request to send part of your balance to an external digital-asset address you control.
3. Eligibility and your account
3.1 Who may open an account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher), act on your own behalf as a natural person, and not be located in or a resident of a jurisdiction where using the Platform would be unlawful. You must not be subject to sanctions that prohibit us from dealing with you.
3.2 One account per person
Each person may hold one account. Duplicate accounts, accounts created to abuse the referral programme and accounts opened with false information may be closed and their referral rewards reversed.
3.3 Accurate information
You agree to provide a valid e-mail address and to keep your profile details accurate. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity, the source of funds or the ownership of a withdrawal address, and may pause withdrawals until that information is provided.
3.4 Credentials
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for every action taken through your account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. We send a security notification whenever your account is accessed from a new IP address or your password is changed.
4. Deposits and the account wallet
When you start a deposit, the Platform shows a receiving address, the asset and network, and the exact coin amount to send for the USD value you entered (using the market price at that moment). The request stays open for a limited time.
- Send only the displayed asset on the displayed network. Assets sent on a different network or to an address of a different asset may be unrecoverable.
- Your balance is credited in USD after the transaction is detected on the blockchain and reaches the required confirmations. Our system monitors the public blockchain automatically; support may also confirm a payment manually.
- If the amount received differs from the displayed amount by more than a small tolerance, the payment may be held for manual review.
- Network fees charged by the blockchain are paid by you and are not credited.
- The account wallet is a ledger of your entitlement against TWS Wallet. It does not earn interest unless allocated to a plan.
We will never ask you for a seed phrase, private key or exchange password. Anyone asking for these on behalf of TWS Wallet is attempting fraud.
5. Staking plans
Each plan card states the asset, the term, the APY, the minimum (and any maximum) amount and the early-exit fee. By confirming a stake you accept those specific conditions for that stake.
- Locked rate. The APY shown when you confirm a stake is fixed for the entire term of that stake. Later changes to the plan's rate do not affect existing stakes.
- Funding. Stakes are funded from your account balance. The principal is moved from your available balance to the stake and shown separately in your dashboard.
- Availability. We may open, close, pause or change plans for new stakes at any time. Closing a plan never shortens or changes an existing stake.
- Limits. We may set per-plan or per-account limits and may decline a stake that exceeds them.
6. Rewards
Rewards accrue every day at principal × APY ÷ 365, starting the day after the stake is confirmed. Accrued rewards are shown in your dashboard and can be claimed to your balance at any time. Unclaimed rewards are paid together with the principal at maturity.
Rewards are credited in USD to your account balance. They are not compounded automatically; you may stake claimed rewards in a new plan if you wish. Figures shown before you stake are projections based on the plan's APY and are not a promise of a particular outcome if you exit early.
7. Early exit and maturity
7.1 Maturity
When the term ends, the stake matures. The principal and any unclaimed rewards are released to your available balance, either automatically or when you click "Unstake".
7.2 Early exit
You may exit a stake before maturity. In that case the early-exit fee shown on the plan (between 5% and 15% of the principal depending on the term) is deducted, and unclaimed rewards for the incomplete period are forfeited. Rewards already claimed to your balance are yours to keep. The fee compensates for the cost of unwinding the underlying position and is not refundable.
8. Withdrawals
- You may request a withdrawal of any part of your available balance (funds locked in stakes must be unstaked first) to an address you control on a supported network.
- Withdrawals are reviewed and paid manually by our team, normally within 24 hours on business days. You receive a notification when the payout is sent, including the transaction hash, or if the request is rejected with the reason.
- Check the address and network carefully. Transfers to a wrong or incompatible address cannot be reversed and we are not responsible for such losses.
- We may delay or refuse a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised account access, a breach of these Terms or where required by law, and may ask for identity or source-of-funds information first.
- A wallet may be temporarily frozen by our compliance team while a review is in progress. You will be notified and can contact support for details.
9. Fees
| Item | Fee |
|---|---|
| Account, deposits, staking | Free. Blockchain network fees on deposits are paid by you. |
| Claiming rewards | Free. |
| Early exit from a stake | 5% to 15% of principal as shown on the plan card, plus forfeiture of unclaimed rewards. |
| Withdrawal | The network fee of the chosen blockchain may be deducted from the amount sent. Any additional fee is shown before you confirm. |
We may change fees for future transactions by updating this page and the relevant plan cards. Fees already applied to an existing stake do not change.
10. Referral programme
You may share your personal referral link. When a referred person creates an account and stakes, a referral bonus may be credited to your balance as shown in the Referrals page. We may withhold or reverse bonuses that result from self-referral, duplicate accounts, paid or misleading promotion, or any other abuse, and may end or change the programme at any time.
11. Prohibited use and compliance
You agree not to use the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions or taxes, or handle proceeds of crime; not to interfere with the Platform's operation, scrape it, or probe its security; not to impersonate anyone; and not to use bots to open accounts or claim rewards. We cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities and may report suspicious activity.
12. Security responsibilities
We protect the Platform with encrypted connections, hashed passwords, per-account security alerts, an audit trail of administrative actions and withdrawal review. Receiving addresses are generated from public keys only; no private keys are stored on the web server.
You are responsible for the security of your e-mail account, your devices and your passwords, for verifying that you are on twswallet.com before signing in, and for never sharing your credentials. We are not liable for losses caused by phishing, malware on your device or credentials you disclosed.
13. Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep the Platform available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, blockchain congestion, third-party outages or security incidents may delay deposits, reward display or withdrawals. Rewards continue to accrue on active stakes during downtime. We may add, change or remove features, supported assets and plans for future stakes at our discretion.
14. Risk acknowledgement
Digital assets are volatile and staking involves risk. Rewards are paid in USD-denominated balance and are not insured by any government deposit scheme. You could lose value through market movements, early-exit fees, blockchain failures or mistakes in addresses. Only stake funds you can afford to lock for the chosen term.
You confirm that you have read the Risk Disclosure, that you understand these risks and that you make your own decisions. Nothing on the Platform is investment, tax or legal advice.
15. Liability and indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TWS Wallet and its officers, employees and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Platform in any 12-month period is limited to the total fees you paid to us in that period. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or gross negligence.
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
16. Termination and account closure
You may close your account from Settings at any time once you have no active stakes and have withdrawn your balance. We may suspend or close an account, with notice where practical, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if the account has been inactive for a prolonged period. On closure we return any available balance to a verified address you provide, less applicable fees, unless prevented by law. Ledger history is retained for audit purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.
17. Disputes and governing law
If you have a complaint, contact [email protected] first; we aim to respond within two business days and to resolve disputes amicably. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TWS Wallet is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts there, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you additional rights.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are announced through an in-app notification and by updating the "last updated" date above at least 14 days before they take effect, except where a change is required by law or is needed urgently for security. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms. Changes never alter the APY, term or fee of a stake you already hold.
