DepositsMy deposit has not arrived yet
A deposit is credited once the network confirms it, which takes minutes on most networks and longer on Bitcoin. Check that you sent the exact coin and network shown on the deposit page — the same address on a different network cannot be recovered. Your wallet lists every deposit with its current state.
DepositsWhich coins and networks can I deposit?
Six: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana, USDT on ERC-20 and USDT on TRC-20. Other assets are listed because you can stake them, not deposit them — your balance is held in US dollars, so the network you arrive on does not limit what you can stake.
DepositsI sent the wrong coin or used the wrong network
Funds sent on a network we do not watch reach an address nobody controls and cannot be returned. Write to us with the transaction hash anyway so we can confirm what happened, but please do not expect a recovery.
WithdrawalsHow long does a withdrawal take?
Every payout is reviewed and released by a person, not automatically. You are notified the moment it is sent, and the withdrawal page shows its state the whole time. If it has been longer than you expected, write to us with the request reference rather than sending a second request.
Your balanceWhat is my balance actually held in?
US dollars. Deposit any supported coin and it is credited at the rate applied when the deposit clears; from that point your balance is a dollar figure that does not move with the coin you sent. A withdrawal converts it back into the coin and network you choose.
StakingWhat happens when I open a stake?
The amount is taken from your balance and locked for the term you chose. The rate shown when you confirm applies for that whole term regardless of later changes, and rewards accrue every day. You can claim accrued rewards at any time without ending the stake.
StakingWhat does ending a stake early cost?
An early exit fee applies to the principal, and longer terms carry a higher fee. The exact percentage is shown on the plan before you confirm. Rewards you have already accrued stay yours.
AccountI see a sign-in I do not recognise
Change your password immediately from your settings, then write to us with the topic "Account access and security". Your security page lists every sign-in with its device and IP address so you can tell us exactly which one.

They are not us. Nobody here will ever ask for your password or a seed phrase, in any channel, for any reason. Report it to us and do not reply to them.
